Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies: 

  • Items that are ready to ship will be processed within 3-5 working days.
  • Bespoke orders will take a little longer, usually 4-6 weeks depending on the design and materials needed.

Delivery times

Delivery times will depend on the destination. We ship from London in the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Once the order is shipped I will provide you with a tracking number and estimated delivery time.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options

I accept payments through PayPal and bank transfers. If these methods are not suitable, or if you live locally (SE London) please do get in touch to agree another method of payment.

Returns & exchanges

Our hats are all made by hand from scratch in our London studio; we make them to the highest quality possible but small imperfections can be present at times. 

If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, providing that the hat has not been stained or damaged in any way. Before shipping the item back, please get in touch at hello@cheeky-hats.com with as many details as possible, including some pictures.

Shipping costs for returned items should be covered by the customer, using the same shipping method and original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

Due to the bespoke nature of the product, we do not allow exchanges.
