The lovely Roberta custom made this hat for me which I wore to my friend’s wedding. From start to finish the entire process was brilliant. The communication I had with Roberta was excellent! She made the hat exactly the way I wanted within the timescale I needed it and even sourced lovely vintage buttons for me! The postage was quick and Roberta kept me informed of whole process as well as the delivery. I also received the hat in a cute little hat box with a personalised note. I received lots of lovely comments about my new hat, which I absolutely love and cannot wait wear it again.
